Puchho ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Puchho Mobile Application (Android) and the official web directory at puchhogujarat.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard user information when you visit or interact with our platform.

By installing the Puchho App, creating an account, or registering as a local vendor in Keshod / Gujarat, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When registering or logging in via OTP, we collect your 10-digit mobile number. For profile creation, users may optionally provide their full name, email address, and city location preference.

Local vendors registering business profiles provide business names, category selection, business phone numbers, shop addresses, operating hours, service descriptions, shop photos, and verification documents (e.g., Aadhaar ID, GST, or shop license photos).

C. Technical & Device Information · ટેકનિકલ માહિતી
We automatically collect device identifiers (such as push notification tokens), operating system versions, and app version details to prevent fraudulent activity and maintain app stability.

- Vendor Verification / વિક્રેતા ચકાસણી: To review vendor authenticity and display verified badges. વિક્રેતાની સાચાપણા ચકાસવા અને ચકાસાયેલ બેજ બતાવવા.
- Inquiries & Reviews / પૂછપરછ અને સમીક્ષા: To allow users to post inquiries, ratings, and feedback. ઉપયોગકર્તાઓને પૂછપરછ, રેટિંગ અને પ્રતિસાદ પોસ્ટ કરવાની મંજૂરી.
- Push Notifications / સૂચનાઓ: To inform vendors of new inquiries and notify users about updates. નવી પૂછપરછ અને અપડેટ્સ વિશે જાણ કરવા.
4.Data Retention & User Rights · ડેટા સંગ્રહ અને અધિકાર
We retain user and vendor profile data as long as the account remains active. Users and vendors have full rights to:

Any transaction, payment, service work, or deal made through the app is entirely between the user (resident) and the vendor (service provider). Puchho, its company, team, and owners are NOT responsible or liable for any transaction, dispute, financial loss, service quality issue, damage, or fraud arising from any deal made through the platform.

Puchho એ માત્ર શોધ અને માહિતી પ્લેટફોર્મ છે. Puchho ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ અને વિક્રેતાઓ વચ્ચે કોઈપણ વ્યવહાર, કરાર, ડીલ અથવા સેવા કરારમાં ભાગ લેતું નથી. એપ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ કોઈપણ વ્યવહાર, ચુકવણી, સેવાનું કામ અથવા ડીલ સંપૂર્ણપણે ઉપયોગકર્તા (રહેવાસી) અને વિક્રેતા (સેવા પ્રદાતા) વચ્ચે છે. 🔴 Vendor Fraud Disclaimer · વિક્રેતા છેતરપિંડી:
If any vendor listed on Puchho commits fraud, provides false information, delivers substandard work, or causes any harm or financial loss to a user, Puchho and its company are NOT liable or responsible. The dispute is solely between the affected user and the vendor. Users are strongly advised to verify quotes, inspect work, and exercise independent judgment before making payments.
જો Puchho પર સૂચિબદ્ધ કોઈ વિક્રેતા છેતરપિંડી કરે, ખોટી માહિતી આપે, ઘટિયા કામ આપે, અથવા ઉપયોગકર્તાને કોઈ નુકસાન અથવા આર્થિક નુકસાન પહોંચાડે, તો Puchho અને તેની કંપની જવાબદાર નથી. વિવાદ ફક્ત અસરગ્રસ્ત ઉપયોગકર્તા અને વિક્રેતા વચ્ચે છે. ઉપયોગકર્તાઓને ભાવ ચકાસવાની, કામ તપાસવાની અને ચુકવણી કરતા પહેલા સ્વતંત્ર નિર્ણય લેવાની ભારપૂર્વક સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે.
